When you enter the store's home page, you will find the store's banner and find the cost of delivery on it, as well as the discount coupon if any. Below them are the special offers for the store where you can add to the cart directly from these offers. When you click on any main product section, the page for sub-sections opens, in which each section contains the commodities for this section. And you start adding goods to the cart. If you want specific products, you can search for them through the product search field. Also, you can add your favorite products from each store in the favorites list by clicking on the "heart" tab on the product image, where you can easily access this product through the "favorites" menu in the "My Account"

When requesting medicines from the pharmacy, you click on the main section "Medicines", and there are two options. Or download a picture of the prescription and it must be a clear picture so that the pharmacist can read the name of the medicines. After a short period of time, you will find the medicines that you ordered listed in your cart (but you must refresh the cart until it appears), the name of the item and its price will appear in the cart, and if the item is not available in the pharmacy, the pharmacist will offer you the alternative item and its price. You can approve the items and complete the order or delete some or all of the items and specify the required quantity of each item. You can also continue shopping from the pharmacy if you want products other than medicines, or shop from any other store and add to the same cart

After completing the shopping, you click on the cart mark and then "View Cart", and the products that you have purchased will appear for review. If you shop from more than one store, you find all the stores' products listed in the same cart and the delivery cost is the total delivery cost for the entire stores. After making sure of the products, you click on "Complete Order" and you can amend the quantities or delete any products from the basket before completing the order. Upon completing the order, the site asks you to log in (if you are not logged in to the site) and if you do not have an account on the site, you can create a new account so you can shop.
